about
We're Krishan and Ankita — two co-founders building Acconvo. There is no team behind us, no stealth office. This page tells you exactly who we are, what we believe about how this product should work, and how to reach us.
the team
I'm the engineer. I write the code, run the infrastructure, ship the edge functions, and answer your support emails.
I started Acconvo because at a previous startup I watched marketing pump out 100+ inbound leads a day onto a sales team that had no chance of responding to them properly. The technical pieces to fix that gap were actually mature — webhooks, classification models, decent email APIs. I wanted a tool that wired them together with restraint, instead of a 200-page configuration manual. So I'm building one.

I run everything customer-facing. I do the intro calls, walk new design partners through onboarding, help you fill in your knowledge base, and stay in the loop on every account.
If something Acconvo is doing on a lead doesn't make sense, I'm the one you ping. The Calendly intro slot on the homepage is mine.

how we operate
These are not aspirations. They are decisions that show up in the code, the pricing, the way we onboard you, and the way we say no.
We are two people, week-old code, no customers. We say so on the homepage. We won't oversell — the math of the design-partner program only works if the people we onboard know exactly what they're walking into.
There is no back office quietly rewriting model output. The model writes; the model decides; you can audit every step in your dashboard. It's the only way to keep the product economic and the price honest.
Two people is the team. We are not racing to scale headcount. The people building Acconvo are the people you talk to — and the people answering your support emails.
Supabase, Deno edge functions, Next.js, OpenAI, the official HubSpot and Gmail APIs. Nothing exotic. The system is small enough that one engineer can hold the whole thing in their head — which is the only way to debug it at 2 a.m.
